Chef Vikram Khatri presents the cherry blossom inspired menu – focus on the high nutritional value of the seasonal produce and embodying the four essential elements of cookery – harmony, tradition, wisdom and balance.
Salads, sushi, sashimi are on offer. Cold noodles with gourmet ingredients will make the festival exotic. Fresh ingredients, seasonal produce rule the menu – pumpkin, sakura wood, gongko nut, green tea buckwheat noodle & Japanese eel are used to the full potentials!
It’s not just the food – there are workshops, activities and classes – learn from the Sushi masters or enjoy a Sunday family table brunch with a special kids menu – it’s all in place.
