A seafood special at Spice Route

It was a chilly afternoon and a bunch of us bloggers, writers and food critics were invited to savour the “Winter collection” menu curated by Celebrity Chef Veena Arora.  The Restaurant is hand painted with vegetable and flower dyes by mural painters . The Spice Route has been designed to reflect the journey of spices from the Malabar Coast in Kerala through Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Indonesia to Thailand and Vietnam. The menu as you would expect has the best dishes from different parts of South East Asia, with the freshest produce and the most premium ingredients. Each diner was offered a one on one tour of the restaurant with staff that filled you in on the thought that went into building this establishment interspersed with facts and figures- post the lunch.
