I was not a big fan of dumplings and dim sum for pratically most of my life because 1. my parents did not like it, 2. I had never tried it. But, last year, I decided to go to a dumpling making event for chinese new year, to see why so many people I knew loved dumplings. We made so many dumplings that by the end of the night I was officially converted from a dumpling hater to a dumpling lover.

Ever since then, I’ve loved eating dumplings and so when I came back to London this Easter, I wanted to go to at least one dumpling restaurant.
