Not Just Paranthas!

……..and some confusions (blog related) that I am facing. I am also confused about which one to go for first but I guess you will all be interested in Paranthas more than confusions, so yeah, decision made pretty much. 😀


First of all, my phone is not working anymore. Something went wrong and, therefore, I am not able to click pictures for the blog. I also lost the pictures I clicked in ‘Not Just Paranthas’. I’ll see if I have any in my computer.

Re-launch & Culinary Workshop at Dunkin’ Donuts, CP

The workshop started with thoughts about designing the menu and deciding the funky names. The sampling session consisted of a brief discussion on the making of the food, sampling the raw materials and taking feedback.


The place has been tastefully and thoughtfully done keeping in mind the gen X. It has wall hangings depicting the thoughts of the youth. The makers have paid great attention to how the youth of today deals with issues and converted them into wonderful painting ideas. There are 2 floors to choose from. The ground floor has a casual touch and the first floor is more inclined towards elegance with plush seating.

We were in Delhi recently when two of our closest friends had their Big fat Indian wedding – (fat, predominantly because of all the weight I must have put on from all the fabulous food). There was music, dancing and fun that went for what felt like an eternity. All we remember is endless laughter, hangovers and aching feet from all that dancing in heels. Amidst all the wedding shenanigans, about an hour’s drive from Delhi brought us to Gurgaon in Haryana and on many a recommendation, we went to Kingdom of Dreams, the food and culture magnum opus run by the Great Indian Nautanki Company (GINC).
