When I wake up in the morning craving for a healthy breakfast, The Modern Pantry has always been my go to place for brunch over the last three years. The quality of the food is absolutely divine and the space offers a warm and intimate atmosphere. I’ve visited this restaurant for about the twentieth time now and thought a review was well overdue. Not many other restaurants have the ability to draw me back time and time again, but the thought of the ultimate Sugar-Cured New Caledonian Prawn Omelette, garnished with green chilli, spring onion, coriander, and a flavourful homemade smoked chilli sambal (£9.20) is a dish that fixes me up real good.
